• Aligner fitting — Once your clear aligners are ready, you’ll wear your first set for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, brush and floss. For the best results, you should wear your aligners for 22 hours each day.
• Regular check-ups — As your teeth gradually shift into the desired position, you’ll make periodic visits to our dental clinic so we can monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. The number of trays you’ll need, and your treatment duration depends on the severity of your orthodontic condition.
