• Aligner fitting — Once your clear aligners are ready, you’ll wear your first set for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, brush and floss. For treatment to work as planned, aligners generally need to be worn for about 22 hours each day.
• Regular check-ups — As your teeth gradually shift into the desired position, your dentist will monitor tooth movement and make adjustments as needed. The number of trays you’ll need, and your treatment duration depends on the severity of your orthodontic condition.
