Options available include composite fillings, veneers, dental crowns and bridges. Your dentist will recommend treatment options based on your individual needs and clinical assessment.

Composite Fillings in Kurri Kurri and Raymond Terrace

Composite fillings are one option for restoring teeth affected by cavities or minor damage. These fillings are made from tooth-coloured resin, which can be matched to the shade of your natural teeth. Composite materials are often selected for use in visible areas of the mouth where appearance is a consideration.

At Everbright Dental, our dentists use materials appropriate for each patient’s treatment plan. Your dentist will discuss whether a composite filling is suitable for your situation and provide advice on how to care for your restoration.

Composite and Ceramic Veneers

Veneers are thin coverings that are placed over the front surface of teeth. They may be used as part of a treatment plan to change the shape, size, or colour of teeth. At Everbright Dental, we provide both composite and ceramic veneers.

Composite veneers are applied directly to the tooth in the clinic, while ceramic veneers are made in a dental laboratory and then bonded to the tooth. Your dentist will discuss which option may be suitable for your individual needs and provide information about what each treatment involves.

Dental Crowns

Dental crowns are custom-made caps that fit over a tooth to restore its shape and function. A crown may be recommended when a tooth has been weakened by damage or decay. Crowns can be made from a variety of materials, including porcelain and ceramic, and your dentist will explain which material options may be appropriate for your situation.

Crowns are fitted in stages, beginning with preparation of the tooth and followed by placement of the custom-made crown. Your dentist will outline the treatment process, including care instructions for maintaining your crown.

Dental Bridges in Raymond Terrace and Kurri Kurri

A dental bridge is one option for replacing one or more missing teeth. A bridge typically consists of an artificial tooth (called a 'pontic') supported by crowns on the neighbouring natural teeth. Bridges can be made from a range of materials, and your dentist will explain the options and what may be appropriate for your situation.

Bridges are designed to fill a space left by missing teeth and may be considered as part of a treatment plan to restore function. Your dentist will discuss the process with you and provide information on how to care for your bridge.
